The College has a democratically elected Student Union which oversees student welfare through its various programs. The College Union comprises of a Chairman, Vice Chairman, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Fine Arts Secretary, General Captain, Student Editor, Association Secretaries, and Representatives from various Departments. Additionally, there is a University Union Councillor (UUC) who represents College students in the Calicut University Union. The major activities of the Union include organizing discussions and talks on relevant issues involving students, staff, dignitaries from literary, social, and cultural backgrounds. The Union also hosts one Art Fest, a Food Fest, a Football Premier League, and organizes Sports Day and College Day events. Staff Advisors and other faculty members assist students in organizing competitions and the publication of the college magazine. The College Union receives funds for its various programs from student donations, as well as from the college and PTA.
