Internal Quality Assurance Cell

Objectives

To fulfill the vision of NAAC, Salafiyya Arabic College focuses on developing a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution. The prime responsibility of IQAC is to initiate, plan, and direct various programs necessary to enhance the quality of education. In this context, resources of the institution are directed towards this goal, ensuring quality sustenance in a well-equipped and systematic manner.

In pursuance of its Action Plan for performance evaluation, assessment, accreditation, and quality enhancement of higher education institutions, NAAC proposes the establishment of an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) for every institution undergoing accreditation. Accordingly, our IQAC is integral to the institution's framework.

The IQAC of Salafiyya Arabic College conducts regular meetings with participation from all stakeholders, formulates policies, procedures, and guidelines for committees, clubs, and cells, and systematically interacts with these units to collect feedback. Additionally, it establishes online communication channels for information dissemination and quality assurance.

In the holistic development of the institution, IQAC also prioritizes student employability. Addressing current rates of educated unemployment, it aims to equip every graduate with specialized skills to meet societal challenges.

  • Organizing Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, and seminars for holistic student and faculty development.
  • Promoting relevant and quality academic research among faculty and students.
